This is a Body Buff and will not stack with other buffs of the same type.This spell, along with Catch Flame and Flame Sling, doesn't have a sigil when casted, unlike other spells in the game, this may reference why Giant's Seal doesn't boosts the spells.This even works on most Bosses in the game with minimal effort.
This has proven to be very effective in low-to-mid level invasions for Invaders against 3-players or less, as there is no effective countermeasure, it cannot be blocked, and all the player has to do is stay within Dagger-range to do a lot of damage.

BUG: As of Patch 1.08, there is an issue where a player can use Fire's Deadly Sin to accumulate Bleed build-up very quickly, from holding a weapon buffed with Bloodflame Blade. The Blessed Dew Talisman, Blessing's Boon/ Blessing of the Erdtree incantation, Icon Shield or Crimsonburst Crystal Tear can also mitigate it. Wearing the Royal Remains Set ensures the caster will never be killed by the DoT this incantation inflicts. As a continuous source of fire damage it can reliably reset the Frostbite status effect on enemies for build that inflict frost bite rapidly.
